But for the hell of making the security guy's blush, I always tell them where my piercings are before they scan me...they usually either turn bright red in the face blushing, or give me one of those "mmmmmm" type looks. It's always worth some fun after being bored standing in line. I’ve never had a single one of my piercings (surgical steel, or titanium) set off a metal detector at an airport, court house, concert, or anywhere for that matter, nor have any of my clients ever told me about it happening to them.

But for the hell of making the security guy’s blush, I always tell them where my piercings are before they scan me…they usually either turn bright red in the face blushing, or give me one of those “mmmmmm” type looks. It’s always worth some fun after being bored standing in line.
